Conference is held with assistance of:

Course of the conference will cover the following questions:

• Legislative aspect: status, prognoses, perspectives
• Economic aspects of intellectual property rights
• Evaluation of intellectual property rights and method of its conducting
• Litigation in cases involving protection of rights on objects of intellectual property
• Protection of intellectual property rights of companies from unfair competition
• Forensic examination of intellectual property rights
• Examples of anti-counterfeiting: interaction with customs and law enforcement 

Conference participants will have opportunity to:

• establish an effective dialog with representatives of state authorities of Ukraine, patent attorneys of different states, scientific establishments and HEI;
• exchange practical knowledge in the sphere of securing and protection of rights on intellectual property;
• establish useful contacts with potential business partners. 

For conference participation you need not later then 01 june 2010:

• register at the investment portal of Autonomous Republic of Crimea or fill the registration form of conference participant (included) and send it to Organization committee;
• submit proposals for conference program and reports in.doc or.rtf formats, font - Times New Roman, size -13, spacing - 1, amount less then 7 pages in Organization committee;
• transfer the registration fee of 3500 UAH (not including VAT) or according to interbank course on the day of payment in Russian RUB, USD of EUR.
• in case of paying in cash submit to PC «Crimean republican Centre of reform support» a guarantee letter.

Organization committee provides 10% discount to:

• permanent participants (participation of conference more then three times);
• organizations, which has more then 2 participants.

Registration fee includes:

• participation in conference work;
• set of information materials and compilation of conference reports;
• accommodations in 2-bed rooms, breakfast lunch dinner;
• participation in activities of cultural program.

Official language of conference – Russian. Possibility of participation without report.
