The investment process activation is the key condition of the economic development. The investments for realization of the effective economical complex innovative rebuilding, production pickup and successful market reorganization are especially important. We can redact the necessary material, political and social assumptions of the all-ways Ukrainian society transformation in the common European standards because of the intensive innovating flows.
Ukraine has proclaimed the innovative model of the economic development. The country must develop on the scientific researches and developments, and produce new competitive goods.
All of that are typical for the ARC.
In the chapter “The Innovative Activity” there presented such information: the information about basic legal documents, which regulate the Ukrainian innovative activity; the information about the national and republican investment activity infrastructure, particularly the information about the regional enterprises and organizations, which realize the innovative activity; presented the ARC innovative projects and proposals; presented the order of the creation and technoparcs state registration, development and state registration of the innovative projects; the information about the events’ holding in ARC, which trend to the innovative activity and technological transfer development assistance; and other information which concerns to the region’s innovative activity.
